• Don't like networking events? Set your rule of only attending one such event per quarter.
• Always get messages on weekends from customers via WhatsApp? Establish the policy that customers can only send you messages weekdays or via email.
• Always feel tired & low-energy after a night out with friends? Set your rule of latest bedtime 2AM after a night out.

The cool thing: people tend to respect the boundary when you state it as a personal rule.

Today's challenge spans across the next months. Are you planning your next trip to another city? Reach out to people you admire (for example via LinkedIn) who are based in that city and ask for a coffee.
