π‘ Entrepreneurial Insight
People buy what they want, not what they need. Don't try to convince potential customers they have a problem that you can solve. Instead, figure out what people want and explain your product in the context of it. And then ultimately, deliver what they need along with it.

βοΈ Balance Hack
It's obvious to have goals in entrepreneurship and business. However, many people think of sports goals as something reserved for professional athletes. But having a clear goal for a next milestone in sports will give you two things:
- Higher friction when considering skipping your sports session to squeeze more work in.
- Momentum and motivation that translates into more resilience and energy for your entrepreneurial journey.
It's no big stretch. Just set a realistic goal for something you want to achieve until end of 2025 in your sports game. (And if it's related to a course or competition, don't wait and sign up for it.)

Designate one day this week where you consume no new information (no news, social media, podcasts, etc.) to free up mental space for your own creative thinking and work.

β¨ Recommendation
Three tips to boost you if you feel stuck in your entrepreneurial journey:
- Focus on one thing at a time. If focused, your brain functions as an answering machine coming up with ideas throughout the day.
- Don't spend too much time looking for answers. Execute instead. Spend roughly 10-20% of your time on ideas/strategy and 80% on execution.
- Ask 'If I would perform on 120%, what would my work look like?'
