Time for refining your yearly or quarterly goals? Here's a quick and simple hack that helped me define my goals for Q3:

1. Go for a 15 min walk.
2. Speak 10 min straight into your voice recording app about:
   a) your vision for your startup
   b) your target audience and the pains you're solving for them
   c) the challenges you're facing
   d) the most important things you need to execute
3. Get the transcript from your recording and paste it into the following prompt:
   ​Please derive the focus areas for my business in the next 3 months based on my raw thoughts: '[Your Transcript]'
4. Refine & insert into your goal tracker.
