Tackle the most important problems as fast as possible. If you postpone it week by week you run into serious risk of being productive but moving into the wrong direction. You can work 10 hours a day burying your main challenges under a huge amount of other ToDos. Or you can spend 2 hours fully focusing on solving them and become clear again on how your path continues.


βš–οΈ Balance Hack

Establish 'Communication Hours'. Instead of being available the whole day on Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail and all the other channels, choose your hours to communicate. Tell everyone about them and stick to it.
If you feel like you might miss an emergency, establish an emergency channel, for example your phone number. People will respect it, because it's common knowledge that good work needs focus.

πŸš€ Challenge

I personally find it quite challenging to consistently share my work online. This has various reasons, but mainly time commitment and fear of what others might think. If you feel the same, go for the 'Daily Ship' challenge. Every day for the next seven days, 'ship' something. It could be a blog post, a social media update, a small product feature, or an email to your list. The goal is to build a habit of consistent output.

As a bootstrapped founder it can take some time until you hire a team of specialists. Until then, AI can help. If you haven't done already, making use of Custom GPTs can help you getting a 'real' specialist for all the departments in your startup. For example, check out my specialist for Marketing & Sales below. It helps me get through difficult decisions or comes up with new ideas when I'm stuck.
