π‘ Entrepreneurial Insight
On the way to product-market fit with your new business or project:
βGet interest from 150 people (via waiting lists, sign-ups, WhatsApp group members, etc.), then have deeper conversations with a statistically significant subset (around 30) to refine your concept.

βοΈ Balance Hack
When founding a company, things can get messy. You're basically running all your departments at the same time: marketing, product, sales, operations, and more. To not lose track of any of those, I plan all my weekly activities based on these pillars:
- Strategize (your next steps)
- Connect (with your target audience)
- Build (your product)
- Market (your vision and product)
- Win (new customers)
- Deliver (exceptional value to your existing customers)
Some weeks can be full of building, some of marketing. However, in the end, it's about keeping the balance and not letting one of those pillars fall behind.
π Challenge
Use DMs on LinkedIn, Instagram, X or any other social media platform to get in touch with new potential customers:
- Choose your audience's favorite platform.
- Write a personalized, authentic, and value-focused DM.
- Include a Call To Action (Sign-up link, Meeting link, ...).
- Text 10 potential customers.
