Negative self-talk is just a pop-up ad for your brain. Acknowledge it exists, but don't click on it.

Cognitive neuroscience suggests: to stop reacting out of fear and stress, create a buffer by shifting your language from "I am stressed" to "I am noticing that I feel stressed". This tiny change gives you the agency to be a curator of your mind rather than a victim of its noise.

Simplify your tech stack:
Look at your bank statement. Find one software subscription you haven't logged into for 30 days. Cancel it immediately. If you truly need it later, you can always resubscribe, but you probably won't.
