💡 Entrepreneurial Insight

Asking for a referral after a customer just bought from you is the most effective timing. The moment a customer buys is the moment of maximum trust.

⚖️ Balance Hack

Write down the top 5 important areas in your life (e.g. relationships with your friends & family, growing a sustainable business, health & fitness etc.).
Those are your opportunity costs for every "Yes" you give to something outside those areas.
When the next inquiry or opportunity comes up, have your top 5 in mind and decide if it's a clear "Yes" or "No".

🚀 Challenge

Go to your top 3 competitors on a review site (G2, Capterra, Amazon, or even Reddit). Filter for 2-star and 3-star reviews (1-star reviews are less constructive).
Find the 'Feature Gap' that is currently causing pain in your niche.

Based on the 'Review Mining' techniques of content creator and founder of Copyhacker Joanna Wiebe.


✨ Recommendation

A simple framework to operate faster, either for yourself as the founder or for your team to report to you. Instead of going back and forth via email or with your LLMs, establish the following communication standard within your team.

Every new email or LLM prompt should contain:

  1. What's the problem?
  2. What's the root cause?
  3. What's your proposed solution?
