Your existing list, your network, your customers.

- PMF is a truth-finding mission. Either people buy or they don't. Run the smallest experiment that can prove you wrong, then repeat. Ignore vibes and slides.
- Revenue and retention are the only votes that count. Free means nothing; paying means the problem is real.
- Root yourself in one behavior and one painful problem. Solve a single sharp pain 10x better before you chase the next five.
- Build the obvious thing, not the clever thing. Winning products look obvious in hindsight. Fall in love with the problem, not your tech.
- Charge early. Niche first. Pricing is a truth serum, and a small, retained niche beats a big, indifferent crowd.
