The answer to every unasked question is 'No'.
- Asking people to buy your product.
- Asking for someone's help in spreading the word.
- Asking high-profile people to collab with you.
Worst thing isn't a 'no'. It's missing out on a 'yes' because you never asked.

βοΈ Balance Hack
Founder life often comes with anxiety.
Widening your gaze to see the periphery (rather than a narrow focus) sends signals to the brain to downregulate alertness and reduce stress.
To do so look at the horizon outside for few minutes, or simply try to see the far left and far right of your room simultaneously without moving your eyes.
Based on Dr. Andrew Huberman (Stanford Neurobiology), who details this technique in his podcast.β
π Challenge
'Hindsight Bias' (thinking you knew it all along) prevents you from learning from mistakes.
βNext time you make a non-trivial decision (e.g., hiring a freelancer, changing a price), take 2 minutes to write down:
- What you decided.
- Why you decided it (what data/gut feeling you used).
- What you expect to happen.
Review it in 3 months. You'll probably be shocked at how different the reality is from what you thought would happen.

β¨ Recommendation
Before writing your next hook (on LinkedIn, X, your newsletter or for your outreach campaign) ask yourself first:
- Does this make the reader think: "wait, are you talking about me?"
- What opportunity is my audience blind to, even though it's right in front of them?
- What is the person skipping my content missing out on?
- Would someone outside my niche scroll past this? (The goal is YES).
- What gap is widening between where my audience is now and where they want to be if they ignore this?
