💡 Entrepreneurial Insight
Undoubtedly, when growing a business, you'll make strategic mistakes: not choosing the most promising marketing channel, building on a technical architecture that doesn't scale as expected, or confirming the wrong partnerships.
But it's not about avoiding all strategic mistakes; it's about how you react to them and how you choose to continue. Will you follow up with an investment mistake, a time mistake, or an effort mistake? Or will you emotionally detach from your strategic mistake, own it, learn from it, and move on.

⚖️ Balance Hack
I regularly face the challenge of playing catch-up with my to-dos, for example if a task takes longer than expected. This can be draining as the whole day feels like a race - me against productivity. Maybe you feel the same.
As a counterbalance to strict time boxing and to-do lists, you can implement a 'Done-List': an overview of all the things you've achieved so far during the day or week. Looking at such a list, can make the productivity race feel more intentional. As it shifts the mindset from working things off to feel productive to feeling productive and getting additional things done.

🚀 Challenge
This week, conduct one 'Mom Test' conversation with a potential customer. Don't pitch your product. Ask instead:
- Problems they've had
- Actions they've taken
- Solutions they've tried
- Time/Money they've spent to solve the problems
Based on the Startup Bible on how to talk to customers: The Mom Test.
