Great entrepreneurs all have the superpower of asking for what they want (which can be uncomfortable sometimes). Take this challenge, originally from AppSumo Founder Noah Kagan, to overcome the fear of asking and getting rejected:

Go to the next Starbucks. Ask for a free coffee. Get rejected (or be lucky). Smile and thank them.

Will feel uncomfortable first, but amazing afterwards.
